Canada 2025 Sauna tour

The mythology behind the sauna culture has its roots in shamanic worldview and later in folk beliefs. Sauna is not just a building; all the elements of a sauna have a deeper meaning. Old rituals of sauna culture like whisking are still practiced, now with a modern touch. Traditional knowledge still guides these activities, such as how we choose specific tree types for whisking and how we focus our mental state when we go to the sauna.
